It was like a volcano erupted onto the tray when I cut into it. 

I kind of knew this would happen but I was really really inpatient and wanted to bake it and thought that just maybe it wouldn't happen. 

At least the cooked part tasted good.

I'll have to try it again.

And if this happens again either our oven is terrible or I should never bake again.
